Abstrakti

In recent years, with the growth of the Internet of Things (IoT), applications have gotten smarter, and linked gadgets allow them to be used in many facets of energy systems. Meanwhile, Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques are used to improve an application's intelligence and capabilities, especially with the growing size of collected data.

This rising trend of IoT and AI techniques has just started worldwide, especially for energy system applications, and it was judged worthy to present a comprehensive overview of the current actions and trends involving relative regulations and reservations towards energy systems. In this regard, many academics have been drawn to the area of energy systems, which have been explored using both AI techniques and IoT methodologies. This Research Topic seeks to encourage researchers and engineers to showcase cutting-edge research results in the field of promising applications of IoT and AI techniques to energy systems.

Authors are encouraged to submit papers in any of the following potential topics or related areas of energy systems with IoT and AI techniques.
• Faults diagnosis of energy systems
• Application of recent internet of things and digital twins’ platforms for remote control of energy systems
• Faults diagnosis strategies of electric vehicles
• Energy systems in terms of enhancing decentralized and multi-agent control
• Applications of recent AI techniques for energy systems
