Abstrakti
The results of the experimental research of the secondary electrons yield from the thin aluminum foil are presented. The thickness of the aluminum foil is 50 µm. The energy of primary electrons varies from 10 to 30 MeV with the step of 5 MeV in the experiments. The influence of the density effect on the yield of secondary low-energy electrons in the specified energy range is determined. Finally, comparisons of the obtained results with the calculated ones are discussed.
