Abstrakti
Current control of active power filters is typically implemented using proportional-integral (PI) or proportional-resonant (PR) regulators. As an alternative, multi-frequency state-feedback control with a reduced-order disturbance observer has recently been proposed. This paper presents a comparative analysis of both approaches using frequency response functions derived from analytical models. Command tracking and disturbance rejection, both in steady-state and transient performance are evaluated. Discrete-time domain simulations and experimental tests are conducted to validate the analysis.
