The first Love Harvest festival is a small, loving arts festival that celebrates the wellbeing of the land, plants and bodies. Love Harvest will bring together people interested in art, biodiversity and the healing effects of nature on the dawn of the harvest at Frantsila Organic Herb Farm in Hämenekyrö on 10th of August 2024.
The festival will bring together art and the natural environment in a unique way in the diverse gardens of Frantsila. The programme will include performances, installations and music, around the themes of care, rest and healing. Asiya Wadud, Eséte Sutinen & Zipora Ogola, Iiris Raipala & Maria Rutanen, Kaisa Mattsson, Kid Kokko, Liisa Hietanen, Roivanen, Ville Ahonen, Virpi Raipala-Cormier & James Cormier and Yoshi Omori, are behind the artworks, performances and workshops. The public will also be able to participate in treatments and workshops, such as guided flower meditation and a clay workshop, and discover the wonderful world of organic herbs and flowers.
Love Harvest is committed to ecological values and sustainability, ensuring respect for biodiversity. Welcome to experience the harmony of nature and art in the beautiful surroundings of Frantsila!
The information on artistic outputs in the Aalto Research Portal follows the reporting guidelines of Finland’s Ministry of Education and Culture.
