Abstrakti
An organization seeking innovation and learning must build inclusive and dialogic leadership practices to build on the talent and capacity of all its members. Thus, leadership development must enhance the collective capacity of the organization instead of competences of single leaders. This study investigates the participants’ experiences from a very large group conversational process on mutual leadership, and discusses the critical enablers of true inclusion and dialogue within the process. The findings suggest that large group dialogues can support collective leadership development significantly. The findings support the results from the other studies concerning the Large Group Intervention (LGI) methods
