Abstrakti
The Hiisi (Water Spirit) sculpture draws its inspiration from old Finnish folk tales. Hiisi was once regarded as a place of worship or a spiritual entity. In the Hiisi sculpture, a human face elongates and takes on fish-like characteristics. When observed from the side, the sculpture resembles an archipelago, while from the back, it resembles a fish, and from the front, it resembles a human face or skull.
