Abstrakti

This article describes Aalto University’s implementation of the ENMDA Tempus project and discusses digital art masters education in Finland. The main goal of ENMDA project was to unify and consolidate the education in the partner Russian universities according to the education standards of European Union, which is according to the so-called Bologna process.
Especially of the view point of student exchanges, it is important that the digital art masters level education has consistent criteria in different countries. The article clarifies the quality management system of higher education in Finland and it’s implementation in Aalto University.
In this context, the state of the art of distant learning, MOOCs and the idea of flipped classroom are explained briefly. The article also describes the future visions of digital art related masters education in Europe and Russia.
