abstract = "With a need for novel solutions to complex societal challenges, creativity has become essential. Various creativity and design concepts are used in organizations, often ambiguously. This qualitative study explores how design, art, and architecture faculty interpret radical creativity and its impact on their fields. A thematic analysis of 14 interviews reveals a focus on the transformative nature of radical creativity. The findings underscore challenges in assessing radicality, which might act as an indicator for its potential. Future research directions are suggested based on these insights.",
