Abstrakti

As the important part of manufacturing enterprise storage system, the picking operation directly affects the running speed and working cost of the entire storage system. Based on the existing ant colony search algorithm, the improved ant colony algorithm which had extended the original two-dimensional plane search route space to three-dimensional space was studied. Aiming at the existing warehouse shelves, the improved ant colony algorithm was used to carry out the storage three-dimensional space path optimization research. The model transformed the linear path between two points in the ant colony algorithm into horizontal and vertical polygonal path; then the tabu table idea was introduced into the improved ant colony algorithm to avoid the local optimal solution; the improved ant colony algorithm was compared with other representatives' optimization algorithms. The results showed that the improved ant colony algorithm could effectively improve the efficiency and speed of path planning in three-dimensional space of the warehouse system.
