The goal of this research project is to develop the ecosystem needed for the productization of the chosen municipal services. The development of suitable framework for the optimization and management of technical services is the main objective of the joint applicants.

With the help of this generic framework and supporting ecosystem, we hope to give tools for the optimization and management of municipal technical services that can be applied by different cities – on case by case basis.
