My research work is focused on the responsible business conduct and is related to business and human rights, heightened human rights due diligence, corporate social responsibility, gender equality and women`s economic empowerment, incl. in the conflict-affected context. The special interest is dedicated to the corporate behaviour of transnational corporations and SMEs working in the tech, agricultural and retail sectors in domestic and foreign markets.
Muu osaaminen
Consultant of UN agencies on Business and Human Rights, Gender Equality and Private Sector Partnership. Researcher at the International Lab on Business and Human Rights, member of the Global Business & Human Rights Scholars Association, International Network of Women Business Scholars, and European Group for Organizational Studies. In 2022-2024, member of the UN Women Task Forces on Women`s Economic Empowerment (WEE) and Women`s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in Europe and Central Asia.
