STEM simulations of dislocation loops with Burgers vector b=a<001>

Tietoaineisto

Description

Simulated STEM images of dislocation loops in tungsten, in hdf5 file format, computed with the PRISMATIC code [1,2]. Data is for electron beam energies of 100 kV and 200 kV, with beam incidence along <100>, <110> and <111> directions, and convergence angles 70 mrad (100 and 200 kV beam), 50 and 30 mrad (100 kV beam). Dislocation loops have vacancy and interstitial nature, and are located centrally in a 20 nanometer thick sample.
