Description

The core of this dataset consists of three multi band GeoTIFF files with Rhizosphere priming effect (RPE) ratios across the terrestrial northern circumpolar permafrost area, and three similar files with associated uncertainty estimates. The study area includes 33.7 million active grid cubes (561,956 grid cells), with a dimension of 5 km × 5 km × 5 cm. File size (all files together): 51 MB

In addition, the dataset includes a spreadsheet file (xlsx), which contains intermediate output data of the PrimeSCale model in an easily accessible format.

The dataset also includes a pdf with metadata for the model output data, which is the same as presented here:

RPEs are summed over soil layers for each grid cell, in files with the following names:
