The How we type dataset contains data of 30 participants typing 50 sentences in their commonly typed language (English or Finnish). For each sentence, the following data was recorded:
- Motion capture data: x-y-z coordinates of 52 markers recorded at 240 fps, annotated with key presses
- Keypress data: symbol, time, and inter-key interval for every keypress, annotated with the finger used to type a key
- Eye tracking data: 30 fps eye tracking video annotated with gaze points
- Reference video of the hands as they type, and more.

Only the Keypress data is available for immediate download. All other data is free to use as well, but must be acquired from the researcher.
