Description
The data in this archive is related to the registered report "Effects of daily environmental, physiological, and lifestyle factors on functional brain connectivity" by Ana María Triana, Juha Salmi, Nick Hayward, Jari Saramäki, Enrico Glerean. The dataset is in BIDS (Brain Imaging Data Structure) and it contains magnetic resonance imaging data as described in the article. The data for this study are personal data, they are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For this reason, access to the data can be requested from the institution data stewards ([email protected]) and a data transfer agreement contract must be stipulated between the organization who is the controller of the personal data (Aalto University) and the recipient institution. If the recipient country is not within the EU/EEA, the recipient must also provide a level of data security that is compatible with what is required by the GDPR. The data will be provided with a data use processing agreement that the recipient shall also accept before initiating any data transfer. Specifically: 1) The data are available for reproducibility purposes, with no further justifications required by the requestor. 2) The data are available for testing new hypotheses, if the requestor provides a public pre-registration with detailed analysis plan. This is philosophically in line with the registered report for this dataset. 3) The data are not available for teaching or studying. 4) The data are not available for uses different than the original purpose of testing hypotheses that combine brain data with data from sensors/wearables outside the scanner (e.g. the data cannot be used to train generative AI models). Further inquiries can be sent to Aalto data specialists at [email protected]. Requests are not possible before the article describing the data is published.
