‘We did it ourselves!’ - remedial resistance

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperScientificpeer-review

Abstract

This abstract briefly describes a study on change resistance in a Nordic fashion magazine. Instead of demonizing change resistance, it builds on the emerging research on celebrating resistance. Yet, instead of celebrating the interactions between the change agents and change recipients as a source of productive change resistance, this study presents a case of remedial resistance.
