    Abstract

Conference background: Visualizing Knowledge has been held since 2012 in
Helsinki, Finland. It was formerly named as Tieto Näkyväksi and organized by
Jonatan Hildén and Juuso Koponen from Koponen + Hildén.

In 2017, the event became a part of Aalto University and is now organized and led by me along with students from Information Design focus-track, Visual Communication Design and students from the Department of Media, Aalto
University. I have re-structured the entire experience making it international as well as using user-centred Information Design methods and have converted it into a scalable knowledge-sharing platform.
