Abstract

The Whose City project is organizing an art exhibition in Tampere in Kulttuuritalo Laikku gallery at Keskustori 4 from 19^th of August to 24^th of September 2023. Selected artists have been invited to describe their utopian city in their artworks. You can find more information about the artists below.

The artists of the Nakurampa / Crip Sex Worker project are Tuisku Lehto and Aku Meriläinen. Filmmaker and photographer Tuisku Lehto is interested in developing porn into a more ethical and feminist form. Aku Meriläinen, a media artist who does online sex work in the project, presents themselves as a nonbinary and pansexual person living with Multiple Sclerosis.

The information on artistic outputs in the Aalto Research Portal follows the reporting guidelines of Finland’s Ministry of Education and Culture.
