Abstract
Through animated shadow boxes, teak bed and an experimental hand-animated film, Lucy Davis brings us a theatre-like installation reflecting her ongoing political-economic interest in the macro-ecological changes that have taken place in an island in Southeast Asia since the 19th century, in particular the depletion of the forests and coastlines on the archipelago.
