Abstract

We present an electromagnetic synthesis of a nongyrotropic nonreciprocal (NG-NR) metasurface and demonstrate that this structure is equivalent in electromagnetic sense to a monoanisotropic uniaxial medium moving with constant velocity. In addition, we validate the NG-NR operation of the metasurface and discuss possible applications.
