Abstract
The overall theme of the festival connecting four exhibitions in the National Gallery, lectures, catalogues, the festival newspaper and film screenings is the issue of racial intolerance, with the focus on the poster as a basic medium of mass communication. The Festival is organised by the Brumen Foundation in partnership with Amnesty International Slovenia and foreign design academies, and with financial support from the EU.
