Abstract
Electric vehicles have a huge interest globally. Instead of buying an electric car one can convert a traditional internal combustion engine car into an electric car. The conversion is surprisingly simple. This text guides through all the necessary aspects such as planning, budgeting, implementation, Finnish law and safety. With the help of this guide nearly anybody can build their own electric car conversion succesfully.
