    Abstract

Tansy – a plant growing in dry places like our hedgerows and waste places – is having a dream aboud waterballoons floating in the water.

The videowork is connected to an ongoing project by Denise Ziegler called P 24h, that investigates the status of P 24h -parking facilities as locations where time seemingly stands still. P 24h parking facilities are often located in urban dead zones that are not of immediate interest to anybody. They are often temporary, located on properties that will in the near future be used for some different purpose. Weeds like the tansy are typical plants growing here.
