Abstract

Olohuone (Living-room) was an installation that was organized for one week at the West hall of the Helsinki Railway Station. It was an urban artistic intervention within the framework of Transdisciplinary Urbanism. It was open to the public and it was an experiment challenging the dichotomy between public and private space. It was part of a doctoral project that concluded with the publication of the dissertation SPACE UNJUST in 2008. The installation was realized with the generous grant of 2.000€ by the Arts Council of Finland.
