Abstract

The miniaturization of spectrometers is of crucial importance for their integration with other devices. Assisted with spectral reconstruction algorithm, van der Waals p-n heterojunction has been reported superior performance with gate-tunable photoresponses [1]. Here, we demonstrate a miniaturized spectrometer with a bias-configurable Schottky junction.
