Abstract
Inspired by today’s citizen science and DIY-bio movement, Kitchen Makerspace Cookbook explores making in the kitchen in terms of its material, technology, tools and knowledge sharing and suggests ways of making in an experimental and playful way via different recipes. It was developed during the residency in Asia Culture Center and exhibited in Food Hack, an exhibition held as a part of ISEA 2019.
