Abstract
The residual resistivity due to point charges embedded into a spin-polarized electron liquid has been calculated via the phase shifts obtained from a self-consistent spin-density functional solution for the screening problem. Contrary to the recent results of Kim and Schwartz, the resistance per impurity is found to decrease monotonically with increasing host magnetization.
