Abstract

In this work, new biofunctionalization approaches targeting immobilization of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes on thiol-ene based micropillar arrays were developed including integration of thin-film heaters and characterization of the throughput of immobilized CYP enzyme microreactors (CYP-IMERs).
