Abstract

In Britain, still at the beginning of the 19th century, the task of science was to track the thoughts of God himself throughout his creation. A hundred years later, science was detached from anything resembling theology. Even Christian scientists erected a fence between science and their faith. What happened? A book review of Matthew Stanley's book.
