Abstract

The emergence of 5G, the fifth generation of cellular technology, will have a huge impact on what seemed yesterday a figment of our imagination. Outperforming 4G download and upload by up to 100 times, and offering a more reliable connectivity will pave the way to make use-cases such as fully autonomous vehicles, safer and more reliable, all the while reducing the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX).
