Abstract
Four installations as a part of a visual communication design group exhibition ”Spring Steam 2016: I used to be a Graphic Designer Exhibition” by Aalto ARTS Graphic Design study program. Installations were connected to my PhD research. All installations were made of food ingredients combining food design and visual communication design.
Installations were: Food Reflection (mirrow), Edible Culture (rye bread), Acquired Taste (salty liquorise) and Glowing Tranformation (wheat grass)
I also organised a workshop and an eating experience event as a part of the Festival program:
Master/Piece food design workshop, Sun 22.5.2016, 11-13.00 at the Flavour Studio, Teurastamo.
Feed/Back eating experience Sun 22.5.2016, 15-17.00 at the Flavour studio, Teurastamo.
