Abstract

DIALOGUES exhibition showcases textile artistry and expertise by the students in the Parsons School of Design and Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. The curated textile design works focus on practice-led research and creative future solutions with a multidisciplinary mindset. The exhibition presents the new book Interwoven - Exploring Materials and Structures, published by Aalto ARTS books, highlighting textile thinking and studio pedagogy while showing the path to developing technical knowledge, creative expression, and telling textile stories.
