Abstract

The aim of this paper is to bring together in to the same organizational framework the concepts of Deep Leadership and Knowledge Management. We propose that when synchronizing the four loops of learning, the organization will achieve a permanent competitive advantage. A case study of knowledge transfer from Finland to China based on private company structures is presented. As a conclusion bigger emphasis should be placed on knowledge transfer and competence development of local personnel both at team and individual levels.
