Abstract
The electric and magnetic current volume integral equation formulation is developed for the electromagnetic scattering analysis of arbitrarily shaped 3-D bianisotropic objects. The eigenvalue spectrum of the operator is derived and analyzed in the case of bi-isotropic media. The effect of inhomogeneity and bianisotropy on the spectrum and convergence of iterative solutions is investigated numerically.
