Abstract
The collaborative umbrella Baltic Dimensions focusing on art, citizen participation and urban planning in the Baltic Sea Region to formulate a joint strategy to develop, strengthen and cherish a cross national collaboration and common comparative analysis aimed to promote democracy and enrich dialogue in the present urbanization processes throughout the region.
