Abstract
http://www.nunocorreia.com/projects/avvx AVVX (Audio Visual Vector eXchange) is a visual sequencer for VJing and audiovisual performances, based on the open image standard SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). The SVGs and sound are indexed using a XML file. Project by Nuno N. Correia, inspired by work with André Carrilho at Video Jack Studios (www.videojackstudios.com), notably software created for project Idiot Prince and for their own VJing. The software is currently built with Adobe Flash, but other platforms will be adopted in the future. It is in early beta stage. AVVX is free, and also released as opensource.
