Abstract

Finland has a unique position in the field of international fashion as a forerunner in future material solutions: Several ecological materials have been developed in Finland that can be used to replace resource-intensive materials such as cotton and to address the worldwide problem of textile waste. The exhibition presents some of these innovations as well as the material research and development by Aalto University students during their studies. The exhibition is produced by Juni Communication with Embassy of Finland in Berlin.
