In this project I seek to reconceptualise collaborative design and innovation as they happen in particular distributed, experimental and inventive arrangements located outside laboratories and studios, into a variety of everyday life practices. In here, these practices include tending to coffee plants, changing diapers, and studying trees in a forest. My aim is to describe and propose new infrastructural relations and distributed, collaborative and experimental arrangements for invention (and design otherwise) that can create encounters between diverse entities (e.g. people, trees, coffee beans, cloth diapers, data, etc.) all engaged in various degrees of social and ecological world- making processes.
