Project Details


The project "Multiphysics Metadevices" will set up the foundations for new devices capable of controlling several different physical phenomena in one device. More specifically, the aim is to find and understand the physical mechanisms that allow full control of acoustic and electromagnetic energies in multiphysics metasurfaces and use them in the design of perfect electro-acoustic controllers. These devices will allow not only the independent control of both energies but also the efficient conversion from one form to the other.
