Description

The aim of the project is to investigate and develop catalytic aquoues phase reforming technology. Aqueous phase reforming is suitable
for the conversion of organic matter to valuable energy carrier gases in diluted aqueous biorefinery side streams. In this project, aqueous
phase reforming technology is studied by a multidisciplinary approach combining development of novel heterogeneous catalysts and modelling based reactor and process concept development and intensification. Finally an improved and intensified concept of aqueous
phase reforming of biorefinery side streams is proposed and published.
