Student prize: Winner of Finnish Design Academy logo competition

    Veera Kesänen (first year VCD BA student) won Finnish Design Academy logo competition. Design competition. Finnish Design Academy is a nationwide two-year project (2018-2020) to develop and promote Finnish design education. The project is funded by the ministry of Education and Culture Finland. The head of the project is Lahti Institute of Design. The project is carried out in collaboration between expert organization for designers Ornamo and all universities of applied sciences and universities providing higher design education in Finland. Together these associates are committed to increase the quality of design education so that it will better respond to the needs of future and working life.
