Learn2Reg 2024 LUMIR task winner

Learn2Reg is a challenge on biomedical image registration which has been held annually since 2020.

This year there were three tasks:
- ReMIND2Reg on Brain Resection Multimodal Registration
- LUMIR on Large Scale Unsupervised Brain MRI Image Registration
- COMULISglobe on SHG to BF registration

The submission was based on the paper "SITReg: Multi-resolution architecture for symmetric, inverse
consistent, and topology preserving image registration" (Honkamaa and Marttinen, 2024).
