Tomi Slotte Dufva (Doctor of Art) is a senior university lecturer at Aalto University, School of Arts, Design, and Architecture, specialising in emerging practices within art education. Slotte Dufva also works as an artist focusing primarily on the intersections between art, technology and science. He has taught new media, interactive art and programming from primary schools to universities. He co-founded the art & craft school Robotti, which combines art, science and technology education. Slotte Dufva’s research revolves around post-digital art education, embodied digitality, art and tech, art and science studies, code literacy, media literacy, critical pedagogy, digital feminism, and societal, philosophical and cultural issues in AI research.
