    Artistic and research interests

My doctoral dissertation on building a corporate brand (2011) fueled my subsequent interest in studying more closely the challenges related to corporate identity, individual professional identity, and identification. Over the years, I have also studied change, roles as mediators of identity work, self-directed teams and organizations, strategy work, collective leadership and the importance of emotions in organizations. I consider myself to be an easily motivated critical management scholar with relatively eclectic interests.
