    Artistic and research interests

    I am passionate about understanding organizational behaviour and change. Over the years, I have studied corporate branding focusing on organizational identities, identity changes and brand-related meaning making. I am also interested in strategy, especially from the perspective of strategy work and various strategizing practices. Recently, I have carried out research on roles as mediators of identity work, on leadership as practice, and on CEO work.
