Personal profile
Artistic and research interests
In my doctoral research, I explore organizational creativity as a relational and collective process that emerges through interaction rather than within individuals, and is embedded in its context in various ways and shaped by multiple actors and aspects.
I'm particularly fascinated by creativity in the subtle, mundane and everyday, and how seemingly small things can open possibilities to relate, think and act differently.
My research takes a processual approach to creativity and organizational everyday work and life, drawing from critical creativity research and theories on affect, temporality and socio-materiality. Empirically, my work is grounded in ethnography conducted in Finnish organizations from different industries.
