The research of Professor Iiro Harjunkoski focuses on Process Systems Engineering, including Production Planning and Scheduling, Waste Supply Chain Management, Application of Mixed Integer Linear and Non-Linear Programming Methods, Hybrid Algorithms combined with Data Analytics, as well as, Process and Operational Optimization.
