Artistic and research interests
Doctoral Researcher interested in deep reinforcement learning and computational intrinsic motivations.
My work is centred on using computational models of intrinsic motivations to enable better understanding of human users,
which in turn enables the design of better systems and additionally the design of better computational models.
My research is focussed on games as a use case for computational intrinsic motivations such as empowerment, and coupled empowerment,
to expand our understanding of social intrinsic motivations and to develop collaborative and social agents.
I have previously worked in industry at video games companies Sega and Unity.
