Personal profile

Artistic and research interests

In my research work, I have specialized on designing, analyzing, and reengineering service supply-chains, especially in construction industry and healthcare services. I am familiar with several research methods such as case studies, surveys, statistical analysis and simulation modeling. So far, my major scientific contributions relate to time based management, production planning and control, and value based delivery models. My current research interest is focused on three areas: 1) production theories in construction, 2) value co-creation in business networks, and 3) operations management in service industries.
