Artistic and research interests
I am a Postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Knowledge and Innovation Research (CKIR) and the Department of Marketing at the Aalto University School of Business, Finland. I received my PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto School of Science. I was the principal investigator in numerous service science and innovation management research projects and I have held visiting scholar positions at the Tokyo Institute of Technology and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. I have published 26 peer-reviewed publications in journals, conferences, and books in the fields of knowledge management, service science and information system science with 708 citations and h-index 12.
Current research interests: Internet of Things (IoT) firm strategies and business models, digital multisided service platforms, social network analysis, individual ambidexterity
