OtaNano – Aalto Nanofab / Micronova
Micronova is Finland’s leading national cleanroom based research resource in the area of micro-and nanotechnology, and is jointly owned by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and Aalto University. Aalto Nanofab represents Aalto University’s share of this joint facility. Clean-room Nanofab is used to develop innovative enabling technologies and apply them to practical micro- and nano-systems that can be employed to enhance energy efficiency and make use of renewable energy. Aalto Nanofab is administered by the School of Electrical Engineering and it is part of the national Otaniemi Research Infrastructure for Micro- and Nanotechnologies, OtaNano.
